Hello, my name is Mary. I am 72 years old and met Francesca at her computer course for seniors. I found her very easy to learn from. Nothing was too much trouble and we did give her some strange questions. We learnt to gain confidence to try out different things, i.e. how to ask questions on google.

I had a lot of fun, even found answers to some crosswords although I felt as though I was cheating. I enjoy sending and receiving email from my family, especially the grandchildren. I am really pleased to now find myself fairly computer literate and still learning all the time. I also find that the housework gets shifted aside as I find something interesting. Everybody should take the time to learn how to use a computer; it opens up a whole new world.
